Fundamentals of Cassava Production
The AGRICOLLEGES Fundamentals of Cassava Production course was developed by the Subject Matter Expert Joy Adiele. Joy is an Agronomist with years of work experience in the areas of Agro-meteorology, plant nutrition, soil fertility and crop management in West Africa, United States, and East Africa.
Fundamentals of Good Agricultural Practices
The AGRICOLLEGES international short course in the Fundamentals of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) is a 12-week programme offered at the NQF4 level. The course provides students with a broad understanding of good agricultural practice. Successfully completing this course will prepare a student for entry-level positions in agriculture or for further study in an agriculture related field.

Citrus Post-Harvest Series Part 1, 2 & 3
The AGRICOLLEGES international Citrus Post Harvest Series consists of 3 short courses totaling an 18-week programme designed to introduce students to the world of Citrus Post Harvest processes.
With the course divided into 3 shorter and more manageable parts, students will receive a comprehensive overview of Post-Harvest practices and processes. This will include:
Part 1: Citrus Varieties, Markets, Disorders, Post-Harvest Diseases, Picking Practices and Packhouse Process Flows.
Part 2: Drenching, Fruit Washing, Sanitation, Drying, Waxing, Sorting & Grading and Packing. (Course to follow Part 1)
Part 3: Fruit Inspections, Transport, Cold Storage Requirements, Accreditation and Traceability. (Course to follow Part 1 & 2)
