Goodbye 2022, Hello 2023

As we approach the end of 2022, some of the after effects of the pandemic could still be felt in the international freight operations. The industry faced various challenges throughout the year, the floods in Kwa-Zulu Natal and the national Port Strike, only to mention a few. Equipment shortages, lack of capacity, port congestion, unreliable transit times and port delays added to the various obstacles that we have faced in 2022.

At LTG we are constantly adapting to the impacting factors in a very unreliable and competitive market and we are proud to say that we have conquered 2022.  To mention only a few highlights, we successfully achieved our Level 3 BEE status and ISO 9001:2015 Re-Certification, as well as managed to sign on quite a few new clients and retained most of our current clients. It definitely takes a team effort and comradery to achieve all this.

We also have various internal strategic projects planned for this coming year, all focussed on expanding the employee experience and knowledge base and to improve client satisfaction.

We are looking forward to a well-deserved break during the Festive Season and spending some time with family and friends before seizing new challenges and opportunities that will come our way in 2023.
